Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Refunds

A full refund is available for items returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team immediately at support@maisonvoir.co. We will provide return instructions and may request photographic evidence for assessment.
